Finnish IT consultancy company Satama Interactive Group said on Tuesday (16 May) that it is continuing to strengthen its market research and web analytics competence by acquiring Heimo Consulting Oy, a Finnish consulting and research company.
Heimo has six permanent employees and its annual net sales amount to over EUR0.5m.
The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.69 British pounds (GBP).
