Swedish enterprise solutions provider Intentia International AB said on Thursday (20 April) that the shareholders of the US company Lawson Software had overwhelmingly approved matters relating to the proposed combination of Lawson with Intentia.
The holders of 74.5% of the outstanding Lawson shares voted in favour of the combination with Intentia, the company said.
Lawson and Intentia expect that their combination will be completed on or before the amended termination date of 30 April 2006.
