The Board of Directors have today decided to offer all employees in Simrad Optronics and Vinghøg the right to purchase shares in the company (SIT) for up to NOK 100,000 each with 20% discount. The decision is based on the authority given to the board by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 3 January 2007. The following rules shall apply for the share purchase program: (i) The offer period shall be between Monday 19 February 2007 and Friday 9 March 2007. (ii) Each employee shall be entitled to buy shares for up to the value of NOK 100,000. (iii) The share price shall be the SIT closing price at Oslo Stock Exchange on Friday 16 February 2007 less a discount of 20%. (iv) The purchased shares can be traded freely. (v) The minimum number of shares to be purchased is equal to one allotment (5,000 shares). (vi) The offer is extended to people who are employed by Simrad Optronics or Vinghøg or any of their subsidiaries per 1 February 2007. At present approximately 135 employees.
