The Swedish IT and management consulting company Softronic AB said on Friday (2 June) that it has agreed to acquire the activities of Megabyte Systems Navision for an undisclosed sum in cash.
The transaction includes all intellectual property rights and all of Megabyte Systems Navision's ongoing activities based on the business system Microsoft Navision.
The acquisition expands Softronic's activities in Stockholm and mid-Sweden.
