Nordic Business Report-January 3, 2007-Sponda Plc sells block of apartment buildings in Oulu (C)1994-2007 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD http://www.m2.com Finnish real estate investor Sponda Plc said on Wednesday (3 January) that it has sold to the Finnish company Sato-Rakennuttajat Oy a block of apartment buildings with almost 17,000 floor square metres in Oulu. The confirmed zoning plan for the block allows the building of over 200 apartments. The sale price is EUR3.65m. Sponda is selling the plot of land as the company is concentrating on owning office, retail and logistics properties. Sponda specialises in commercial properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. Its investment properties have a combined market value of approximately EUR1.26bn. Sponda is listed on the Nordic Exchange in Helsinki.
