The Swedish engineering and consulting group SWECO said on Thursday (7 September) that it has acquired Eltel Networks Konsult AB from the electrical and telecommunication networks company Eltel Networks.
Eltel Networks Konsult provides energy consultancy services and has some 100 employees.
The acquisition will strengthen SWECO Energuide within distribution, planning, transmission line design and maintenance of power line routes.
The financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
