Swedish IT consulting company Teleca AB announced on Wednesday (25 October) a global master services agreement with Adobe Systems Inc (Nasdaq: ADBE).

Under the agreement Teleca will provide implementation support for Adobe Flash Lite and FlashCast solutions to mobile operators and handset OEM manufacturers. The agreement involves Teleca building regional centres of excellence worldwide for Adobe mobile solutions. Teleca will also resell Adobe mobile and device solutions.

"Aligning with Adobe -- which clearly shares our commitment to delivering exceptional services to the mobile market -- is important to our vision of becoming the innovative world leader in software solutions and systems integration services for the mobile device industry," said Rene Svendsen Tune, president and CEO of Teleca.

The regional centres of excellence, to be established within the next 12 months, will have some 100 consultants involved in implementing and deploying Adobe Flash-based mobile customer solutions.

"Partnering with Teleca enables Adobe to provide customers with rapid implementation and deployment of next generation data services with highly skilled teams around the world," commented Al Ramadan, senior vice president of Adobe's Mobile and Device Solutions business unit.

Teleca, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, provides consulting services within software and IT solutions. The company has some 3,500 employees in 17 countries in Asia, Europe and North America. Teleca is listed on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
