Nordic Business Report-December 7, 2006-Swedish purchasing company Visma Advantage AB expands (C)1994-2006 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD http://www.m2.com Swedish online purchasing company Visma Advantage AB, part of Norwegian financial and outsourcing group Visma ASA, said on Thursday (7 December) that it has agreed to acquire the purchasing organisation SmaSam AB. SmaSam is a purchasing centre serving small and mid-sized companies in Sweden. No details were disclosed. Visma, headquartered in Oslo, Norway, is the holding company of Visma Software, Visma Services and Visma Financial & Productivity Services. The group has some 350 employees and 70 offices in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Poland, and reported revenues of NOK1.91bn in 2005.
