Swedish e-security products and services provider Technology Nexus AB said on Monday (2 January) that it has agreed to acquire the privately held UK-based software developer ArmourSoft Ltd. The purchase consideration comprises a fixed payment of 2,089,020 shares of Technology Nexus, and up to 4,178,040 additional shares based on future performance. ArmourSoft offers a software platform including security applications for password management, secure access, file and folder encryption and secure email.
