Finnish high-tech real estate company Technopolis Plc said on Wednesday (10 January) that it will expand its operations in Tampere, Finland by developing the Hermia 12 property.
The project is estimated to cost EUR9m and the gross area to be built will total 8,600 square metres, including an indoor parking facility for 115 vehicles.
Almost half of the buildings some 5,000 floor square metres have already been leased through binding preliminary agreements.
Technopolis has Finnish operations in Oulu, Vantaa, Espoo, Lappeenranta, Jyvaskyla and Tampere, and is also preparing to expand its operations to Russia. The company is listed on the Nordic Exchange in Helsinki.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 1.49 euros (EUR).
