Swedish systems and software development solutions provider Telelogic AB said on Monday (27 March) that it had completed its previously announced acquisition of the US-based software developer I-Logix. All closing conditions are now satisfied, the company said. The acquisition was previously valued at USD80m in cash. The company said that the acquisition would have a positive impact on its cash flow and a positive effect on the operating margin for 2006. The acquisition would have a negative effect on earnings per share (EPS) for 2006, but the effect was estimated to be positive in 2007. One US dollar (USD) is worth approximately 0.57 British pounds (GBP).
