The Finnish-Swedish IT services group TietoEnator Corporation said on Monday (2 October) that it has acquired the welfare and healthcare-related operations of the interactive and wireless communications services provider Quickclic Finland Oy.
As part of the deal five employees will transfer from Quickclic to TietoEnator.
No financial details were disclosed.
