Finnish IT company TJ Group Plc said on Friday (7 April) that it had signed an agreement on selling its shares of Morning Digital Design Oy to Edita Oyj.
The cash price of the shares to be sold is EUR1.7m.
The company would book sales profit of some EUR0.8m from the transaction.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.69 British pounds (GBP).
