The Norwegian recycling technology group Tomra Systems ASA said on Wednesday (7 June) that it has, through its fully owned subsidiary TiTech Visionsort, entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in German sorting technology provider CommoDaS GmbH.
The company generated a positive profit on revenues of some NOK75m in 2005.
The purchase price of the transaction is said to equal an enterprise value of some NOK100m.
One Norwegian krone (NOK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
