Swedish-controlled pan-European customer relationship management provider Transcom WorldWide S.A. announced on Tuesday (18 July) the opening of a new call centre in Leuven, Belgium.
The new service centre is Transcom's second organic development in Belgium, the company added.
The Leuven contact centre will initially open with 60 seats but Transcom expects the centre to reach approximately 125 seats in 2007 with potential for further expansion.
