The Swedish property company Vasakronan AB said on Friday (7 July) that it has agreed to acquire a property in central Stockholm from Swedish alcohol retail monopoly Systembolaget.
The purchase price for the 3,500 square metre property is based on a market evaluation of SEK180m.
Vasakronan on Friday also announced a major building rights deal with property developer JM AB. Under the agreement Vasakronan will sell its building rights for residential properties in Solna and Sundbyberg to JM, which in turn will sell its four building rights for office properties in Solna to Vasakronan.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
