Norwegian software and outsourcing group Visma ASA said on Wednesday (14 June) that, through its subsidiary Visma Services Norge AS, it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the activities of the Norwegian company AS More-Rekneskap.

The business offers accounting services and outsourcing of financial functions.

Visma would pay NOK8.5m for the activities, the company said.

One Norwegian krone (NOK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
