The Swedish property company Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB said on Wednesday (4 October) that it has acquired three industrial and warehouse properties in Malmo, Sweden.
The properties, comprising a total of 15,000 square metres of which some 3,000 square metres are unleased, were acquired for SEK60m.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
