The Swedish IT group WM-data AB said on Friday (30 June) that it has acquired Proffice Service Centers AB, the payroll management operations of staffing and outsourcing group Proffice.
The acquisition price amounted to SEK117m.
Proffice Service Centers, which has operations in Sweden and Norway, has over 100 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK100m.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
