Finnish financial group Aktia Savings Bank Plc said on Tuesday (11 April) that it had signed an agreement with 36 local cooperative banks to sell 10% of its shares in Aktia Real Estate Mortgage Bank Plc.
In November 2005 Aktia sold 20% of its shares in Aktia Real Estate Mortgage Bank to 32 savings banks.
Aktia continues to be the largest shareholder of Aktia Real Estate Mortgage Bank with 70% of the shares.
The sale price was not disclosed.
