The Norwegian seafood group Austevoll Seafood ASA said on Tuesday (10 October) that its subsidiary Welcon AS has made an offer for all shares of fish meal and fish oil producer Karmsund Fiskemel AS.
The offer, valid until 17 October, is subject to Welcon receiving acceptances representing two thirds of the entire share capital.
No financial details have been disclosed.
