The Icelandic food manufacturing group Bakkavor Group hf announced on Tuesday (4 July) that it has completed its acquisition of United Kingdom based company New Primebake Ltd.
The deal was concluded after the UK Office of Fair Trading granted its approval.
New Primebake manufactures chilled bread products for major UK retailers. The company has 340 employees.
