B&B TOOLS has acquired 100 percent of the shares outstanding in K Antinluoma Oy. Antinluoma provides industrial companies in Pori and its surrounding areas with tools, personal protection equipment and other industrial consumables, as well as complementary services. Antinluoma is since before a partner of the TOOLS chain, and the acquisition will further strengthen TOOLS' offer to industrial customers in western Finland. Antinluoma has net revenues of approximately MSEK 50 per annum and has 8 employees. The closing took place 3 April 2007 concurrent with the signing of a share transfer agreement. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive effect on B&B TOOLS's earnings per share during the current financial year.
