The Swedish industrial electronics and production equipment supplier Binar AB said on Tuesday (4 April) that its subsidiary, Tivox Sweden AB, has acquired Process Verktyg AB from Tidamek AB.
The acquired business supplies cutting tools for the process industry.
No financial details were disclosed.
