The Swedish industrial electronics group Binar AB said on Thursday (24 August) that it has acquired Skandinavisk Industriperforering AB (SI Perfo).
SI Perfo is a supplier to Binar's business Tivox Safety. Binar said that it plans to merge the two units to create the new subsidiary Arion Sweden AB.
No financial details were disclosed.
