The Swedish mobile and special refrigerators and comfort products manufacturer Dometic International AB said on Thursday (6 April) that it has agreed to acquire US company Eskimo Ice Corporation.
Eskimo Ice manufactures equipment for producing crushed ice for on-board packing of fish on sports and leisure boats.
No financial details were disclosed.
