Nordic Business Report-January 11, 2007-ElektronikGruppen BK AB completes acquisition of Finnish company Trondicap Oy (C)1994-2007 M2 COMMUNICATIONS LTD http://www.m2.com Swedish electronics provider ElektronikGruppen BK AB said on Thursday (11 January) that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of the Finnish company Trondicap Oy. The purchase price was not disclosed. The acquired operations will be consolidated into ElektronikGruppens business area Production Technology. Trondicap provides production equipment, services and training for the electronics industry and is expected to reach a turnover of approximately SEK24m in 2006. ElektronikGruppen, headquartered in Vallingby in Sweden, supplies high-tech components for the electronics industry. The group has some 250 employees and operations in the Nordic countries, the Baltic countries, Poland and China. ElektronikGruppen is listed on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
