Swedish telecomms solutions provider Ericsson said on Tuesday (20 June) that it had signed a frame agreement with telecomms company Bayan Telecommunications Inc (BayanTel), based in the Philippines, for the provision of Ericsson's EDA solution to support broadband subscriber growth.
Under the agreement Ericsson will continuously provide a comprehensive portfolio of services to BayanTel, including supply, delivery, installation, integration, staff training, testing and commissioning of Ericsson's IP-DSLAM Ethernet DSL Access solution, within the agreed time frame.
The contract is part of an ongoing deployment of Ericsson's EDA solution for BayanTel's nationwide DSL rollout.
