Swedish telecomms solutions provider Ericsson said on Tuesday (2 May) that it had entered into an exclusive five-year managed services partnership with the Polish operator Netia.
Under the contract Ericsson would be responsible for the management of Netia wireline networks and service deliveries to Netia customers. Ericsson would be responsible for operational activities currently performed by the Netia Network Operational Department and Network Inventory Department.
Under the scope of the managed services agreement 300 employees from the Netia network departments would be transferred to Ericsson.
