The Norwegian real-time search solutions provider Fast Search & Transfer ASA said on Tuesday (18 April) that it has acquired US business intelligence platform provider Corporate Radar.
The purchase consideration amounts to a fixed part of USD8m in cash and shares and an earn-out of up to USD4m.
Corporate Radar offers web-based solutions for extracting, analysing and communicating information. The company reported revenues of USD2m in 2005.
One US dollar (USD) is worth approximately 0.57 British pounds (GBP).
