Finnish banks Alandsbanken and Tapiola Bank said on Thursday (26 October) that they have established a joint company to develop, manage and distribute payment and credit cards.
The new company will be 66%-owned by Alandsbanken and 34%-owned by Tapiola Bank, and will be headquartered in Mariehamn in the Aland Islands.
The products and services will primarily be sold through the parent banks to private and corporate customers in Finland.
