The Finnish craft and garden tools, and home and office supplies manufacturer Fiskars Corporation said on Friday (1 September) that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Swedish fitness and outdoor recreation products manufacturer Silva Group.
The acquired operations have 250 employees and net sales of EUR32m.
One euro (EUR) is worth approximately 0.68 British pounds (GBP).
