The Swedish investment company Hakon Invest AB said on Monday (8 May) that its wholly-owned subsidiary Forma Publishing Group AB has agreed to acquire book publisher B. Wahlstroms Bokforlag AB from J A Lindblads Bokforlagsaktiebolag.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
B. Wahlstroms Bokforlag has 34 employees and an annual turnover of approximately SEK100m.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
