The Norwegian meat producer Gilde Norsk Kjott BA said on Wednesday (31 May) that its property subsidiary Norsk Kjott Eiendom AS has agreed to sell property company AS Gamle Aker Boligselskap III.
The company will be acquired by Haugen & Damsund Eiendom AS and Lasse Damsund Eiendom AS for NOK130m, resulting in an accounting gain of approximately NOK117m.
One Norwegian krone (NOK) is worth approximately 0.09 British pounds (GBP).
