The Swedish environmental and industrial group Formo services AB said on Thursday (27 April) that its subsidiary, the cleaning and curing equipment supplier Hedson Technologies AB, has agreed to acquire its United Kingdom based competitor Edwin Trisk Ltd.
The purchase sum is SEK5m.
Edwin Trisk develops, manufactures and markets drying equipment for paint shops and the car industry, and has an annual turnover of SEK35m.
The acquisition further strengthens Hedson Technologies' position as a market leader within paint shop equipment.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
