Munich, May 19, 2006: The Higher Regional Court of Munich (Oberlandesgericht München) today legally binding approved the release procedure of ce Global Sourcing AG according to §246a Companies Act for implementation of the capital measures approved at the shareholders' meeting held on December 7, 2005. Decisions now can be registered in the commercial register. The administrative appeals of the complainants against the decision of the Regional Court of Munich (Landgericht München I) as of March 9, 2006, are dismissed legally binding by this decision.
