Finnish consumer packaging company Huhtamaki Oyj said on Tuesday (20 June) that it had finalised the sale of its EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) packaging business in France and Portugal to a French company, Ono Packaging S.A.S.
The sale included the EPS business of Huhtamaki France S.A. located in Auneau, France and all the shares of Huhtamaki Embalagens Portugal S.A., a subsidiary specialising in the EPS packaging business in Setubal, Portugal.
The sale price was not disclosed.
