Reykjavik (IFN) Icelandic food manufacturing group Bakkavor Group has completed its acquisition of Britain's New Primebake, Bakkavor said in a statement.
Bakkavor did not disclose the purchase price.
The deal was concluded after the UK Office of Fair Trading granted its approval.
New Primebake manufactures chilled bread products for major UK retailers. The company has 340 employees.
