The Swedish housing developer JM AB said on Monday (12 June) that its Danish subsidiary JM Denmark has acquired a 32,000 square metre development property in the Copenhagen harbour area in Denmark.
"Payment and entry will be made in 2008, when the detailed plan for the area is supposed to be approved," JM said in a brief announcement.
The property could house up to 400 apartments.
