The Swedish technology trading group Lagercrantz Group AB said on Tuesday (30 May) that it has agreed to acquire electric connection systems provider Elpress AB from Atle Industri AB.
The purchase price is SEK98m.
Elpress provides electric connection systems and has a leading position with electrical grid companies in the Nordic region. The company has subsidiaries in Denmark and Germany and a total of some 130 employees. Sales are expected to reach over SEK180m in 2006.
One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
