The Swedish venture capital company Ledstiernan AB said on Monday (20 March) that it has agreed to sell its 19.9% stake in Swedish IT company Interpeak AB to the US group Wind River Systems Inc. The sales price is SEK30m, which results in a gain of SEK17m. Interpeak provides communications and security protocols for embedded systems. Its products are used in cameras, mobile phones, network products and cars. One Swedish krona (SEK) is worth approximately 0.07 British pounds (GBP).
