Swedish fuel cells and production technology group Morphic Technologies AB said on Monday (8 January) that its subsidiary DynaWind AB has won an order for two 3MW wind turbines.
The SEK70m order is DynaWinds largest order to date.
The wind turbines are to be delivered to an undisclosed customer in the first quarter of 2008.
Morphic Technologies also announced that its subsidiary Cell Impact AB has received a new test order for fuel cell technology for GPS systems from an unnamed major manufacturer. In December 2006 the company received a test order for similar technology for mobile phones.
Morphic Technologies on Monday also said that its board of directors plans to propose two new shares issues to raise some SEK145.5m. The proceeds will be used to increase the production capacity.
Morphic Technologies is headquartered in Karlskoga in Sweden. The company is about to begin the process of listing on the Nordic Exchange in Stockholm.
One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 13.38 Swedish kronor (SEK).
