COPENHAGEN, DENMARK -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 20, 2006 -- The board of directors of Masterseek Corp. is pleased to announce that Mr. Robert Perz has been appointed as the new President and CEO of Masterseek Corp. and its subsidiary for Europe Masterseek Denmark A/S.
Mr. Perz joined the company last year and has been responsible for all the operations and system development since that time.
Robert Perz has previous experience in executive management and strategic business development in start-up and fast growing business environments.

Robert's experience includes engagement as Managing Director for various online media businesses including subsidiaries under "Bonnier AB Company" and as Country Manager for "Jobpilot AG" (subsequently acquired by "Monster Inc."). He was responsible for the successful rollout in Denmark and Norway of Jobpilot which lead to its successful IPO in 2000. Robert holds a Masters Degree in Business Economics from Copenhagen Business School.
