Pöyry Plc's Board of Directors has decided that the Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, March 5, 2007 at the Pöyry House, Jaakonkatu 3, Vantaa, Finland. The decisions made by the Annual General Meeting will be announced immediately after the meeting.
