The Finnish project management services and software provider Proha Plc announced on Monday (3 July) that it has concluded the sale of its subsidiary Artemis International Solutions Corporation to the US-based software company Trilogy Inc. The sales price was USD12.7m in cash. One US dollar (USD) is worth approximately 0.56 British pounds (GBP).
