Finnish industrial group Raisio Group Plc said on Wednesday (19 April) that it would streamline its organisational structure in order to develop the group's operations and performance.
The business areas Raisio Nutrition and Raisio Life Sciences would be dissolved as of 1 May 2006.
In the future the structure of the group would consist of four profit centres: Food division, Feed and Malt division, Ingredients division and Diagnostics division.
