Finnish metals company Rautaruukki Corporation (also known by the marketing name Ruukki) said on Wednesday (2 August) that its subsidiaries Etnaror Ab, Velsa Oy and PPTH Steelmanagement Oy have merged into the parent company.
The assets and liabilities of these companies have also been merged into Rautaruukki Corporation.
Before this merger the companies within the PPTH group, PPTH- Engineering Oy, PPTH-Solutions Oy and Aluplan Oy, have merged to PPTH-Norden Oy, and PPTH-Norden Oy to PPTH Steelmanagement Oy.
