The Swedish online betting and gaming solutions provider Redbet Holding AB said on Thursday (31 August) that it has signed a letter of intent to merge with the gaming company EB Nordic AB.
EB Nordic is exclusive Nordic partner to the world's largest gaming operator Eurobet.
The planned merger is to be effected through a share issue, after which the combined company will be 52.5% owned by the shareholders of EB Nordic and 47.5% owned by the shareholders of Redbet.
Shareholders representing 52.5% of the votes of EB Nordic have already expressed their support for the transaction.
