Finnish telecomms group Elisa Corporation said on Wednesday (5 April) that its subsidiary Saunalahti Group has sold the Saunaverkko network required for the implementation of broadband services and its customer contracts in the Tampere, Jyvaskyla and Riihimaki regions.
In addition Saunalahti has also sold the Saunaverkko network without customer contracts in the Helsinki region.
The sales were part of the terms that the Finnish Competition Authority set for Elisa's acquisition of Saunalahti.
