Options in the Schibsted share have been issued to cover the three-year rolling options program targeted at key persons within Schibsted.
The exercise price of NOK 179.4 is based on the share price 1 week prior to and 1 week following the Annual General Meeting 11 May 2006. This year's allotment has to be exercised by the end of 2010. The following persons are included in the option program:
